Decemer 20 2025 whereby we informed BSE Limited that the Fifteenth meeting of Committee of Creditors of Baron Infotech Limited will be held on Friday December 26 2025 @ 4.pm.It is hereby informed that the proceedings of the Fifteenth meeting of Committee of Creditors of Baron Infotech Limited as intimated was commenced at 4.10 pm onFriday December 26 2025 and concluded @ 5.23 pm.All the voting items as per the attached intimation have been approved by 100% voting of the CoC members present and voted.
