With reference to earlier announcement dated May 06, 2013 and May 21, 2013, WEP Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that the Honble High Court of Karnataka by order dated October 21, 2013 dismissed the OSA No.7 of 2013 filed by the objector to the Scheme and the Stay Order dated April 26, 2013 issued by the Honble High Court stands vacated. Order copy is awaited.
Further the Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2013, to consider and allot equity shares to the shareholders of the Transferor Company.
