Blue Cloud Softech Solutions: Outcome Of Board Meeting

the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter alia considered and approved the proposal for the acquisition of 100% equity interest in M/s. Global Impex Inc. from ConnectM Technologies Solutions INC. The acquisition is proposed to be completed through an all-equity swap subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence valuation and receipt of all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals as required under applicable laws.
