NHPC: Fixation Of Record Date For Interim Dividend 2025-26

The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 04.02.2026 has declared interim dividend at the rate of 14 percent (Rs 1.40 per equity share) and has fixed Tuesday 10.02.2026 as record date. The other details are given in the attached letter.
