Indian Hume Pipe Company: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window closure for dealing the shares of the Company will Commence from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and 1st half year ended 30th September 2025.
