The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 14th February 2026 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 after review of the same by the Audit Committee of the Board. Also in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon as prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations.The Board of Directors also approved the financial results for the said period for its publication in newspaper and stock exchanges..The Meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 12:55 P.M.
