1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2020 along with the Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
2. Appointment of Mr. Sanjeet Kumar Gupta (PAN: ANNPG4638G) as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 18th September 2020.
