We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on Saturday February 3 2024 to consider the proposal of interim dividend. Further the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend if declared by the Board of Directors is proposed to be fixed as Monday February 12 2024.
