B. Marg Worli Mumbai - 400 018 inter - alia considered the Related Party Transaction by way of sale/disposal of part of Undertaking of the Company with Jaysynth Dyestuff (India) Limited approved by the Members at the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday 28th September 2020 could not be carried out due to termination/cancellation of the transaction by Jaysynth Dyestuff (India) Limited.
