Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2015, inter alia :
1. To consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2014, as reviewed by the Audit Committee and Statutory Auditors of the Company and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
2. To appoint Secretarial Auditors for the F.Y. 2014-15.
