Wadala Commodities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have on February 07, 2014, considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wadala Commodities Limited with Godrej Industries Limited (the Scheme) and their respective shareholders under sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
