Pursuant to the companys Code of conduct to regulate Monitor and Report Trading of the Companys Securities by Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) of the Company as framed under SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) please note that the "Trading Window" (i.e period to deal in the companys shares) shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026. However pursuant to the Order of the Honble NCLT Cuttack Bench dated 29.08.02025 trading of the Companys shares is presently suspended. This is for your kind information & record.
