CIPLA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018.
In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1oth October 2018 till 7th November 2018 (both days inclusive).
