Gontermann-Peipers (India): Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Admission of application by Tribunal

This is to inform that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Kolkata Bench vide its Order dated 11th December 2019 has admitted the application for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) filed under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. (IBC) against the company Gontermann Peipers (India) Limited.
