Please find enclosed herewith Postal Ballot Notice dated 5th September 2026 (hereon Notice) issued by the Company for approval of the Members by passing of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot by way of remote e-voting process subject to approval of the Central Government and such other permissions and/or approvals as may be necessary for appointment of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal (DIN: 11676514) (hereon Mr Rawal) son of Late Harshadrai Rawal as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Director and Chief Executive Officer India for a period of three years on and from Sunday 16th August 2026 to Wednesday 15th August 2029 both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as Term) liable to retire by rotation and payment of remuneration to him.
