Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Company has not raised any funds through Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. during the half yearly ended 30-09-2025. Hence the Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the half year ended on 30-09-2025 is not applicable to the Company.
