Re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Katial ( DIN: 07180348) as the Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years with effect from 1 April 2026 and his remuneration thereof approved for a term of 3 (Three) consecutive years subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company.
