NR Agarwal Industries: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015- Enhancement Of Production Capacity

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with applicable SEBI circulars we hereby inform you that the Company has received an amendment to the Consolidated Consent & Authorization (CCA) from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) permitting enhancement of production capacity at its Unit-I sitauted at Plot No. 167 169 Phase-II GIDC Estate Vapi District Valsad Gujarat.The enhancement is subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated in the amended CCA.
