Mrs. Chitra. M.A Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has tendered her resignation w.ef 31st March 2019. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for appointing as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. In the meantime Mr. Ajit G Nambiar Chairman & Managing Director will be acting as the Compliance officer of the Company
