the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 29th May, 2017 approved the following,
1. Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017.
2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2017.
3. Auditors Report on Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with Chairman & Managing Directors Declaration pursuant to second proviso to Regulation 33 (3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
A copy of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with CMDs Declaration as mentioned above are enclosed.
