Crest Animation Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 06, 2013, inter alia, has inducted Mr. Prahalad Rao, Chartered Accountant, as an Additional Director effective from December 06, 2013.
The Board has appointed Mr. Prahalad Rao as Chairman of Audit Committee.
The Board has also appointed Mrs. Seemha Ramanna as Chief Executive Officer.
