State Bank of Mysore: Resignation of Director

State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that Shri.V.G.Kannan, State Bank of India?s Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank under Section 25 (1) (C) of the SBI (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 ceased to be a director consequent upon his superannuation, as at the close of business on July 31, 2016.
