Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today inter alia approved Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company along with the limited review report for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. The said financials as approved by the Board of Directors along with the Limited Review Reports issued by Statutory Auditors are enclosed herewith.
