Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. February 07 2026 has approved the appointment of Shri Akshay Ranka (DIN: 00235788) as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company to hold office upto ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to approval of the shareholders.
