1.Intimation of 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our Company to be held through video conferencing / other audio-visual means and confirmation of dispatch of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 along with Notice of the AGM.
2.Particulars of the facility of e-voting provided to Members of the Company to enable them to cast their votes on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the AGM.
