Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on June 02, 2015, for the approvals of financial results of the Company for the year end March 31, 2015 has been postponed to June 15, 2015.
Further, Pursuant to the postponement, the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under the Companys Insider Code of Conduct shall continue and end on 48 hours after the results are made public on June 15, 2015.
