SFL International: Board Meeting-Outcome of Board Meeting

under Regulation 30 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, 14th February, 2018 and the same meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m and concluded at 4.00 p.m. In that meeting the Board has decided following matters:

1. Considered and approved the un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 31th December, 2017.
