Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2016, has approved for considering making an application to BIFR (Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction) subject to the approval of shareholders at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on November 29, 2016.
