Tata Capital: Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI Listing Regulations

Tata Capital Limited has informed the Exchange about the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations in respect of the approval by the Board of Directors of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the offer and issuance of equity shares on rights basis to Tata Capital Limited.
