Hind Rectifiers: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Hirect Employees Stock Option Plan 2018 (ESOP 2018) the Board of Directors of Hind Rectifiers Limited at their meeting held on February 11 2026 have approved the grant of additional 1 00 000 (One Lakh Only) Employee Stock Options of face value of ? 02/- each at a grant price of ?800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) per option.
