Gee Gee Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and taken on record the unaudited financial results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.

Further, the Trading Window in connection with the Securities of the Company shall be closed from November 07, 2014 to November 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to declaration of unaudited financial results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
