Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :

- Interim Dividend of 50% (Rs. 1 per share) on the equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
