Parekh Aluminex Ltd has informed BSE that on request of the majority investors the venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on August 13, 2014 is be changed from New Bombay to the New Address at: R C Lounge, 1st Floor, The Bombay Presidency Radio Club Ltd., 157, Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 005.

Further the Company has informed that, there is no change in the time of the meeting and agenda of the Notice.
