Austin Engineering Company: Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives ) shall remain closed with effect from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 The date of Board meeting to be held for considering inter alia the unaudited financial results for the above mentioned period will be intimated to BSE Ltd. in due course of time as per provisions of LODR.
