We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22/04/2019 considered and approved the following items of business:
1. Resignation of Mr. Ramakrishna Prasad Kondapalli as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 22nd April 2019 due to his ill health and continuous hospitalisation.
2. Appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Rao Madikonda as the Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f 22nd April 2019 subject to the approval of Shareholders A brief profile of Mr. Madhusudan Rao Madikonda is enclosed herewith as Annexure- I.
