Pricol (Amalgamated): Updates - Amalgamation of Pricol Limited with Pricol Pune Limited

Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that the Certified Copy of the Order of the Hon?ble High Court of Madras sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pricol Limited with Pricol Pune Limited (Scheme) has been filed on November 01, 2016 with the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu (ROC) by both the companies and thereby, the Scheme has come into effect from November 01, 2016 with the Appointed Date as April 01, 2015. Consequently, Pricol Limited stands dissolved without winding-up.
