GFL: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Ishita Jain as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
