Board of Directors of the company have at their meeting held on 12th November 2019 inter-alia Approved the following Unaudited Financial Statements as per regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 :
i. results for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2019
ii. Statement of Assets & Liabilities of the Company on 30th September 2019
iii. Statement of Cash Flows for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2019
The abovementioned Financial Statements are enclosed herewith alongwith the Limited Review Report.
