This Letter is in Continuation to our disclosure on material event on January 18 2021 regarding request of reclassification from Promoter and Promoter Group to Public category received from Existing Promoters

We have submitted our application on the above mentioned subject to both the exchanges.

The request for reclassification is in compliance to the Approved Resolution Plan by Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench through its order dated March 27 2019 under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and further directions given to the Resolution Professional through the order dated January 06 2021. In view of the same there is no need to take prior approval of shareholders in general meeting.
