This is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 07th December, 2017 at registered office of the Company to consider, inter alia and take on record the un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2017.
Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.12.2017 to 09.12.2017 (both days inclusive), interalia, for the purpose of announcement of the un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2017.The trading window will re-open from 11.12.2017
