UB Engineering: Updates

UB Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that:

'Vide letter dated 09.01.2017, the company informed that the company had made reference to the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT) under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The Honble NCLT vide order dated 18.01.2017 has admitted the said reference for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process commencing from 18.01.2017.

By the same order dated 18.01.2017, the Honble NCLT has appointed Mr. Adesh Kumar Mehta an Interim Resolution Professional under the provisions of IBC.

The Company is now under insolvency resolution process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The public announcement regarding this has already been made by Mr. AK Mehta (Interim Resolution Professional appointed by Honble NCLT, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 18.01.2017). Copy of the public announcement is attached herewith.'
