The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today have approved the following businesses.
The Board has approved and accepted the resignation of Mr. Samir Baid from the Board of Director as well as from Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company;
Upon recommendation/approval of Audit Committee the Board has approved the agenda of selling part or whole of its investments in Property either in the market or through related party transactions. In case of related party transactions the same will be subject to the approval of Shareholders in forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
