Vikas GlobalOne Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 17, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To take note of new business projects which is under Commissioning and Development Stage.
2. To Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from current 15,95,00,000 to 20,00,00,000 subject to the approval of the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
3. To issue Bonus Shares to the equity shareholders of the Company subject to the approval of the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
4. To consider the Notice for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
