Magna Colors: Board Meeting on Jan 16, 2015

Magna Colors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2015, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended and half year ended December 31, 2014.

2. Proposal of Reduction of Equity Share Capital subject to approval of shareholders, Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed, pursuant to the provisions of section 100 to 104 of Companies Act 1956 and other relevant authorities.
