Based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors the Members at the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 29 2026 had duly approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Murli Aildas Teckchandani (DIN:00049563) as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation for a second term of five consecutive years from August 1 2026 to July 31 2031; 2. Appointment of Ms. Vini Mahajan (DIN:06943948) as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation for a first term of five consecutive years from August 1 2026 to July 31 2031.
