Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per the provisions of Regulation 9 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018 and as per the BSE Limited Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 on Clarification regarding trading restriction period the Trading Window will be closed for all Designated Persons and immediate relatives of designated persons with effect from 01st July 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2020. The date of declaration of financial results will be intimated separately.
