Expleo Solutions: Change Of Last Date Of Service Of Managing Director And CEO

Dear Sir/Madam,

We refer to our letter ref. no. SEC/SE/244/17-18 dated January 25, 2018 intimating the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 25, 2018.

The Board of Directors at the said meeting accepted the resignation of Ms. Aarti Arvind as Managing Director & CEO of the Company and was asked to hold office up to July 24, 2018 after serving the notice period as per Service Agreement.

As the Companys 20th Annual General Meeting is to be held on July 26, 2018, the Board of Directors have requested Ms. Aarti Arvind to continue as Managing Director & CEO till the close of working hours on August 31, 2018 and she has accepted the same.
