Pine Animation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following matters:
1. Annual disclosure of Interests received from all the Directors of the Company and / or was taken on record.
2. Appointed Mr. Krishnakumar Omprakash Murarka as the Director for the period of five years in terms of provisions of section 149 of the Companies Act read with rules made there under.
