ITC: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed details of the Share Certificates
in respect of 34718 Ordinary Shares of ~1/- each of the Company which have been reported lost by the
Shareholders on 25th and 26th March 2019.
The copies of the letters received from the Shareholders regarding loss of the aforesaid Share
Certificates are also enclosed.
