Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III - Part A thereto and Chapter V-A of the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30 2026 we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of Premco Global Limited (the Company) at its meeting held on Wednesday February 11 2026 has inter-alia considered adopted and approved the following items of business: 1. Approval of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine-months ended December 31 2025. The Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for Quarter and Nine-months ended December 31 2025 together with Limited Review Report as received from S.P. Jain & Associates the Statutory Auditors of the company thereon is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
